Our Tools

Control your gambling!

We offer a number of tools and measures that will help you gamble responsibly. Each tool can be used to keep track of a specific aspect of your gambling, such as time or money management. Using one or a combination of these tools will serve as a safety net, protecting against going overboard by allowing you to plan ahead.

Deposit Limit

This tool allows you to limit the amount of money you are able to deposit into your account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If you reach the specified limit, you will be unable to add any more funds until the required time has elapsed. This is a useful tool if you feel that you are spending more money on gambling than you intend to. (requires login)

Loss Limit

This limit enables you to limit the amount of money that you are able to lose on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If you reach the specified limit, you will not be able to continue to wager, limiting the amount you are able to lose. This is a useful tool if you feel that you are losing more money than you afford to. (requires login)

Session Limit

The Session Limit enables you to specify how long you would like to be able to be logged in for. You will receive a popup before reaching the session limit, informing you that your session limit will soon be reached. Once the limit is reached, you will automatically be logged out of your account. This will serve as a reality check, keeping you aware of the length of your gaming session. (requires login)

Wagering Limit

This tool enables you to limit the amount of money that you are able to wager on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once the total amount you have wagered reaches the limit, you will not be able to continue wagering. This would help protect any winnings you would have made, and give you the time to withdraw your funds successfully. (requires login)

Player History

A summary of all the transactions which have taken place on your account is a feature which most operators offer. This summary will include information about wagers, results, deposits, withdrawals and pending bets. We encourage all people who gamble to keep tabs on their history, as this could protect against getting carried away. (requires login)

Time Alert

The Time Alert will help you to keep track of time, and will alert you periodically, informing you about the length of your gaming sessions. The alert will also contain information about any changes in your balance, allowing you to take an informed decision on whether or not you would like to continue gambling. (requires login)

You are always free to take a break from gambling, and we encourage you to do so if you feel that this may help you. This function allows you to close your account for a period of time of your choosing. This can be done from the website or by contacting our Customer Support team. (requires login)

This tool is aimed at anyone looking to get a clearer picture of their gambling profile. The assessment is made up of a series of statements, and you will be asked to indicate how well you feel each statement describes your situation. At the end of the assessment, you will be presented with a summary of which areas of your life may be affected negatively by your gambling. You will also receive suggestion about which tools may be helpful based on your responses.
