TIME ALERT

The Time Alert will help you to keep track of time, and will alert you periodically, informing you about the length of your gaming sessions. The alert will also contain information about any changes in your balance, allowing you to take an informed decision on whether or not you would like to continue gambling.

SESSION LIMIT

The Session Limit enables you to specify how long you would like to be able to be logged in for. You will receive a popup before reaching the session limit, informing you that your session limit will soon be reached. Once the limit is reached, you will automatically be logged out of your account. This will serve as a reality check, keeping you aware of the length of your gaming session.

LOSS LIMIT

Loss Limits cap how much you can lose over a daily, weekly or monthly basis, based on the total value of stakes placed minus the total value of any winnings or returns from those stakes. If you reach the specified limit, you will not be able to continue to place bets, limiting the amount you are able to lose. This is a useful tool if you feel that you are losing more money than you can afford to. Example: If you set a weekly Loss Limit of £50, and lose £10 Monday, win £20 on Tuesday and lose a further £15 on Friday you’ll have £45 remaining until the limit resets the following week.

Never increase your Loss Limit because you have lost money and think you can win it back by gambling more. Daily limits reset each day at 00:00, weekly limits reset on Mondays and monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

STAKE LIMIT

This tool enables you to limit the amount of money that you are able to stake on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once your set limit is reached, you won’t be able to place additional bets until the next period begins.

Example: If you set a monthly Stake Limit of £500, and bet £200 in week one, £150 in week two, and £150 in week three, you’ll reach your limit before week four. Daily limits reset each day at 00:00, weekly limits reset on Mondays and monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Once your set limit is reached, you will not be able to continue placing bets. This would help protect any winnings you would have made, and give you the time to withdraw your funds.

DEPOSIT LIMIT

This tool allows you to limit the amount of money you are able to deposit into your account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Deposit Limits are calculated based on how much you deposit to your account. Example: Let’s say you have a monthly limit of £100, and throughout the month you deposit a total of £50, leaving your limit at £50 remaining. Example: You also have a weekly limit set at £20, and you deposit £15, you have £5 remaining that week.

If you have a weekly limit set which is reached before the monthly limit, that will be applied and you’ll be unable to deposit even if the monthly limit hasn’t been reached. Daily limits reset each day at 00:00, weekly limits reset on Mondays and monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

This is a useful tool if you feel that you are spending more money on gambling than you intend to.

NET DEPOSIT LIMIT

This tool allows you to limit the amount of money you are able to deposit into your account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Net Deposit Limits are the amount deposited minus any withdrawals made in the period. Example: Let’s say you have a monthly limit of £100, and throughout the month you deposit £50 and withdraw £20, leaving your limit at £70 remaining.

Example: You also have a weekly limit set at £20, and you deposit £15 and withdraw £5, you have £10 remaining that week.
